For faculty in the Henson School of Science and Technology, follow the steps below to submit your Annual Review inside Digital Measures

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to Digital Measures at https://dm.salisbury.edu
  2. Once inside Digital Measures (DM), click on the Workflow tab at the top of the screen
  3. You will then see any tasks that have been assigned to you within DM
  4. Click on the Henson Annual Review task which will have the Step identified as Faculty Submission
  5. You will then see a new screen that is titled Faculty Submission.
  6. You will need to complete the following steps before sending it forward:
    1. Annual Self Evaluation (upload files to this area)
    2. Student Evaluations (upload files to this area)
    3. Tenure Status (select from the drop-down menu)
  7. After uploading annual self-evaluation and Spring and Fall student teaching evaluations:

    1. Press Actions and Choose Save Draft. When you do this, it will close your submission form and send you back to the overall Workflow page; you will need to reopen your workflow after saving.

      1. If you are ready to submit your report and you are tenured, do the following:

        1. Click on your workflow link, and click the Actions button above

        2. Then choose Submit to "Department Chair's First Review"

      2. If you are ready to submit your report and you are tenure-track, do the following:

        1. Click on your workflow link, and click the Actions button above

        2. Then choose Submit to "Pre-Tenure Committee Evaluation"
