**As of 1/3/2019, Titanium no longer requires the user be signed into the SU VPN.
Titanium uses a separate username and password from the SU username and password. Make sure the user is using the correct username and password. If the user is having trouble with the username and password, Kathy Scott Nikki Dyer in Student Counseling Services (x36070) can assist with lockouts and other issues.
