A USB drive is plugged in or CD/DVD is in the computer and is above the hard drive in the computer BIOS' boot order. 

Remove any USB devices and CDs/DVDs from your PC and restart. Try to make sure the boot sequence points to your hard drive (HDD) first in the Bios settings.
