Mail will not send or update when using Outlook on a personal computer, or through an app on a mobile device or tablet.


Remove the mail account or profile from the mail app or from Outlook and then re-add the email account to the mail app or Outlook being sure to use the automatic settings. If the problem persists, please use Campus Email Microsoft 365 Outlook WebApp (Web Access) to temporarily access your mail from off-campus and contact the help desk at 410-677-5454 for assistance.  

For calendars and other items, if the SU account is not the default account, mail or calendar items could be placed in the wrong (default) account. If you are experiencing an issue where items appear on your personal device but not in your SU mailbox/calendar or on your office computer, please check the account where the information is being saved by your app/program.
